HEAVENSAKE is het geesteskind van Régis Camus, een wereldwijd zeer gewaardeerde Franse wijnmeester. Régis Camus, altijd de ondernemer, ontwikkelde een diepe waardering voor de traditie van sake en begon vervolgens zijn touch aan de geschiedenis van sake toe te voegen.
Régis Camus werkte samen met bekende brouwerijen, zoals Hakushika, Konishi, Dewazakura, Urakasumi, Katsuyama, Niizawa en Dassai, om de sake van het merk te produceren. Elke brouwerij brengt de geest van sake in hun hart en hun vraag naar uitmuntendheid om sake met de hoogste normen te produceren. Elke batch krijgt de grootst mogelijke aandacht en zorg. HEAVENSAKE Junmai 12 is one of the world's first Franco-Japanese Sake, a tandem creation by the French winemaster Regis Camus and the Konishi team. The Heavensake Junmai 12 has a nutty nose with a unique undertone of salted caramel. The light body is filled with savory delicacies with a fresh aftertaste.
This sake comes into its own when it is served cold in a white wine glass.

Heavensake Junmai Ginjo is a Mariage a well -known Sake Brewery and Regis Camus. They work together to bring you this great super soft Heavensake Junmai Ginjo. Enjoy the unusual, but pleasant nose of light lemon zest and cream brands. The scent fits exactly in the soft, almost butterscotch taste with spicy tones of raisins. It fits surprisingly well with raw fish dishes or even something like Ceviche.

Heavensake Junmai Daiginjo is the flagship of the heavensake line.
For this Junmai Daiginjo, Regis Camus nedery asked the help of the top brewery Fukuju, that is known all over the world. Their creation is, in the words of Mr Camus himself, "as if you were walking into a flower shop". The delicate flower aroma includes hints of flowering apple blossoms.
For the taste a luxury combination of nutmeg grapes, wild red berry and pear. With Dassai you know that you will drink pure, refined bliss, and the Heavensake Junmai Daiginjo is no different. his sake comes into its own when it is served cold in a white wine glass.
