Keiryu Dai-Koshu Junmai from Endo Shuzo from Nagano is a special Junmai Sake which was brewed in 1986 and is therefore aged for 38 years. Because of this ripening, the sake has gained a beautiful golden color and an enormous complexity. Rich elegant nose with rye, apricots, banana bread, coffee spaces. Ahorn syrup, fried sweet potato, roasted nuts, miso, soy sauce fine silky aftertaste. Limited available.

This sake has won a gold medal at the International Wine Challenge in addition to a number of other international prizes.
