Product information "Ichi Daiginjo - 720ml"
Ichi Daiginjo is a typical full bodied powerful Daiginjo in both aroma
and taste. A wide range of floral and fruity notes are prominent such as pear,
melon, tangerine, strawberry, bay leaf, banana and white blossom. Beautiful
fresh acids on the pallet that are built up in layers, as it were, and where
anise and roasted grain also come through subtly. The finish is as hoped and
expected, long lingering and super enjoyable.
Enjoy this sake slightly chilled in the special Sophienwald sake glass.
Specially made for the annual Hiroshima new sake of the season competition.
Although this is not a blind tasting to assess a sake for the consumer, this is
a moment for the Toji or master brewer to test his skills. In the past, most of
these sake did not even come on the market, but in recent years more and more
breweries are offering part of the batch for business customers.
