traditionally made sake that brings out the craftsmanship of Asama. A beautiful
nose full of subtle hints of rice, grain and banana. A sumptuous taste full of
umami with lots of floral notes and a lovely long finish.
This sake can be served at different temperatures that show a different face
each time.
